Jon and Cindy,

All I can say is "WOW!"  What a fantastic weekend!!!  I had the time of my life and I am quite sure that Lucky did too!  She curled up in a ball on the front seat with me and didn't move a muscle the entire trip home.  I think she might have been just a little tired!!!

I know you said to take a few days, maybe the weekend, to think about the clinic and then give you feedback, but I honestly don't know how you could improve the clinic.  Since I left, I have done nothing but think about the experience and replay all the events/situations that I could remember.  What you, Cindy, and Rachel did for our dogs and us in four days was simply incredible!  Now, this was my first training clinic that I have ever attended (as you might have recognized) so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I do know this...I don't want to attend anyone else's clinics!!  I never would have thought that you could have accomplished what you did in just four days.

When I first arrived and saw that you had six dogs/handlers to work with, I thought to myself, how in the world are you going to work with all six of us?  How you are going to spend appropriate time with everyone and their dog?  What if someone's dog needs more attention than the others?  What if a "handler" needs more attention than the others?  I was really concerned as to how that was all going to work, but I must say, the attention the you gave each one of us, in my opinion, was absolutely done to "PERFECTION".....get the pun!!!  It seemed to me that within minutes of observing each dog and handler you had the ability and expertise to recognize just exactly what to focus on with each individual and their dog.  And at times when I would have Lucky kenneled while you worked with the more experienced dogs, you allowed me to tag along and observe your work.  I learned just as much, if not more, from just observing as I did from actually doing because of your willingness to answer questions, explain the why's, and point out the flaws, mistakes, corrections, good things and bad things. That just increased my learning experience tremendously.  I am so grateful for your willingness to educate me.  I learned more than I ever imagined I would learn at your clinic.

Jon and Cindy, thank you so much for a wonderful experience!  Your hospitality was definitely top notch, too, and greatly appreciated!!!

I have attached some photos that I had taken with my phone and thought I would share them with you.  I forgot to get Jim, Mike, and Donna's email addresses so if you have them and want to forward the photos I'm sure they would enjoy them.  Again, thanks so very, very much...you truly are awesome educators and coaches.  I really look forward to attending another clinic with you in the near future.  If you schedule any other clinics in NE or nearby (your place) that you feel would be a clinic I would greatly benefit from...if you could let me know I would appreciate that.....that is if you have the time--I know you are extremely busy!!!  Keep in touch and if you are ever come my way on vacation or whatever (cuz you know there is soooooo much to do in NE...ha ha)...make sure to holler!!!  Take care and I wish you the very best!!!  Thanks again for allowing me to experience a "PERFECT" weekend!  It was a blast!!!
